It’s the kind of scent I can wear from work, to an outdoor market, to a concert by the lake shore.  Nighttime fragrances can get a little more romantic, like a flower that only blooms by moonlight.

Dads do a lot of amazing things. They make you feel safe, give you advice when you’re conflicted (real advice; the kind that’s helpful, without judging).

Dads tell great stories. They read great stories, too, after picking you up from ballet/soccer/jujutsu —always happy to see you, even after a long day at work.

Dads know best. And when they don’t, the great ones admit it.

Dads have great memories. As the years pass, you’ll find they are mostly memories of you. Dads remember when you were small enough to fit into those little black dress-up shoes. And if you’re lucky, he got to wear his years later, to walk you down the aisle.
